2. How to File a DMCA Takedown Request

Your DMCA notice must include:

- A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The exact URL(s) of the infringing content on our website

- A statement that says: “I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”
- Your electronic or physical signature

3. What Happens After We Receive Your Request
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the claim
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content (if appropriate)
- Notify the user or party who posted the content
- Allow them the option to file a counter-notice (see below)
We may also take steps to permanently remove or block repeat offenders.
4. Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was wrongly removed from Zendric Snailery, you may submit a counter-notification under the DMCA.
Your counter-notice must include:
- Your full legal name and contact info
- A list of the content removed and its original location (URL)
- A statement that says: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I believe the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.”
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts (or U.S. Federal District Court if you’re in the U.S.)
- Your electronic or physical signature

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files legal action within 10–14 business days.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Zendric Snailery follows a strict zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright violators. Users who are found to repeatedly upload or share copyrighted materials without permission may be:
- Permanently blocked from commenting or contributing
- Reported to relevant authorities or platforms (including Google)
6. False Claims Warning
Please note that filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice is a serious legal offense and can result in damages, legal costs, or penalties.
Only submit a DMCA request if you genuinely own the rights to the content in question or are authorized to act on behalf of the rightful owner.
