Why Contact Zendric?
Before we share our contact details, let us tell you why reaching out to us is a smart decision for your snail farming success.
Many people start snail farming without proper guidance. They make costly mistakes, lose their snails, and give up before seeing results. At Zendric, we help you avoid these problems by providing expert advice and proven solutions.
When you contact us, you’re not just sending a message to a faceless company. You’re connecting with real snail farmers who understand your challenges because we’ve faced them too. Our founder, Peter Uzodimma, started small, made mistakes, learned from them, and now helps others succeed faster.
We answer questions about everything related to snail farming in Nigeria. From choosing the right snail species to building your first snail pen, from feeding strategies to marketing your harvest, we cover it all.
Whether you need quick advice or detailed consultation, we’re here for you. Our goal is to see you succeed in snail farming, and we’re committed to providing the support you need.
Our Office Address: Visit Our Farm in Ogun State
If you prefer face-to-face interaction or want to see a real working snail farm before starting your own, you’re welcome to visit us.
Zendric
12 Odeda Farm Institute
Eweje Village, Odeda
Ogun State, Nigeria
Postal Code: 10345
Our farm is located in Odeda Local Government Area of Ogun State. This location provides the perfect climate and environment for successful snail farming in Nigeria.
When you visit our farm, you’ll see our snail pens, learn about different housing systems, observe how we feed and care for snails, and get answers to your questions in real-time. Many of our students find farm visits extremely helpful because they can see, touch, and understand everything better than just reading about it.
We encourage beginners to visit before starting their own farms. Seeing how snails behave, understanding the size of pens needed, and observing feeding routines gives you practical knowledge that books and videos can’t fully provide.
If you plan to visit, please contact us ahead of time to schedule an appointment. This ensures someone will be available to give you proper attention and answer all your questions.
Our farm is open to visitors from Monday to Saturday. We’re closed on Sundays to give our team time to rest and prepare for the new week.
Call or WhatsApp Us: Quick Help When You Need It
For urgent questions or if you prefer speaking directly to someone, calling or sending a WhatsApp message is the fastest way to reach us.
Phone/WhatsApp: +234 906 654 1562
We’re available Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (West African Time).
When you call, you’ll speak with someone who understands snail farming and can answer your questions immediately. If your question requires detailed explanation, we might schedule a longer call or video chat to give you proper guidance.
WhatsApp is particularly convenient because you can send messages even outside our business hours. We’ll respond as soon as we’re back online. You can also send pictures of your snails or farm setup, and we’ll provide feedback based on what we see.
Many farmers use WhatsApp to send us photos of sick snails, ask about strange behaviors, or share their farm progress. We love staying connected with our community through WhatsApp because it allows quick, helpful conversations.
If you’re planning to attend our training programs, you can also use WhatsApp to register, ask about training dates, and get information about course fees.
For business inquiries, such as bulk snail purchases, partnership opportunities, or collaboration proposals, calling directly helps us understand your needs better and respond appropriately.
Email Us: Detailed Inquiries and Written Communication
For detailed questions, business proposals, partnership requests, or situations where you need written responses, email is the best option.
Email: info@zendric.com.ng
We aim to respond to all emails within 24 to 48 hours. During busy periods, it might take slightly longer, but we never ignore messages. Every email gets a response.
Email works well when you want to share detailed information about your situation, attach documents or photos, or need a written record of our advice.
For example, if you’re planning a large commercial snail farm and need detailed guidance on setup, costs, and projected returns, email allows you to explain your situation fully. We can then provide comprehensive responses that you can reference later.
Business owners and companies interested in buying snails in bulk often prefer email for formal communication. We can discuss quantities, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms through detailed email exchanges.
If you’re having technical issues with our website, newsletter subscriptions, or accessing purchased courses, email is also the right channel to report these problems.
When sending an email, please include as much relevant information as possible. Tell us your current level (beginner, intermediate, or experienced farmer), your location in Nigeria, and what specific help you need. This helps us provide more targeted and useful responses.
Send Us a Message: Use Our Contact Form
For your convenience, we’ve added a simple contact form right here on this page. You can fill it out and send your message without opening your email app.
The form is quick and easy to use. Just provide your basic information and tell us what you need help with. We’ll receive your message and respond as quickly as possible.
This contact form is perfect for general inquiries, feedback about our content, suggestions for new topics you’d like us to cover, or reporting issues with our website.
When filling out the form, please be specific about your question or concern. Instead of writing “I need help with snail farming,” tell us exactly what you need. For example, “I want to start with 100 snails but I’m confused about what type of pen to build for my backyard in Lagos.”
The more specific you are, the more helpful our response will be. We can provide targeted advice instead of general information you can already find on our blog.
